• development of theoretical and methodological trends and assessment methods for sustainable land use within the framework of the formation of effective land utilization systems;
• determination and identification of signs of economic activities space at different levels of system management;
• improvement of the system of integrated assessment of land resources;
• development of guidelines to improve the systems of state and territorial management of land utilization units in modern conditions.
