On May 28-30, 2018, in the Republic of Belarus (Minsk), the First Session of the International Laboratory School for Sustainable Development and Environmental Economics (the joint project of the International State Ecological Institute named after AD Sakharov of the Belorussian State University, the Public Institution "Institute of Environmental Economics and the Sustainable Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (Germany)).

The director of the Institute academician NAAS of Ukraine M.A. Khvesyk has addressed the plenary session with the topic "Scientific research in the field of sustainable development and economics of natural resources in Ukraine". The meeting of the school was attended by scientists, educators, foreign experts, representatives of government structures, local authorities, NGOs, etc.
